• Load and Truck Matching: Bharatloads provides a platform for connecting transporters with truck owners. We facilitate the matching of loads with available trucks based on various criteria, including location and availability.
• Vehicle Registration: Users are required to submit valid vehicle registration cards to verify ownership and legality of the vehicles listed on the platform.
• Communication: We may send you notifications and other communications related to your use of the app, including transactional messages and service updates.

5. User Obligations

• Compliance: You agree to use the app in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the app for any unlawful or fraudulent activities.
• Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide, including vehicle registration details, is accurate and up-to-date.
• Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to:
  • Use the app for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these terms.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the app or its servers and networks.

6. Payment and Fees

• Service Fees: Bharatloads may charge fees for certain services provided through the app. The applicable fees will be disclosed to you before you use any such service.
• Payment: All payments must be made through the app using the provided payment options. You are responsible for any fees or charges associated with your payment method.

7. Termination

• Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions within the app. Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligations to pay outstanding fees or charges.
• Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the app at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

• No Warranties: The app and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bharatloads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
  • Your use or inability to use the app;
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
  • Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our app by any third party;
  • Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the app.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bharatloads, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of the app;
• Your violation of these terms;
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including without limitation any intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
• Your violation of any applicable laws, rules, or regulations.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of East Singhbhum.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted in the app and will become effective upon posting. Your continued use of the app after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
